Update 7.1 Notes (5/22/2014)

Matchmaking Revamp!
We understand that it can be difficult to recoup your Iron while using your best troops to fight stronger opponents. The newest changes look to bring big challenges, big rewards, and the fun of using better strategies to crush your foes.

With this update, the tables have turned! You will now be rewarded for attacking a village that is stronger than your current offensive capabilities. If you are someone who likes to push yourself against the odds, an even greater amount of resources will be added on as a bonus for attacking higher level Villages.

Raid Resource Limit Increased
The amount of Resources that can be Raided from Village Storages has increased raised to 300,000. This means that every Village you Raid now has the potential to earn you more Gold and Iron!

Skull Multipliers
(# of Skulls: % of Resources Available for Raiding)
1 Skull: 75% Resources
1.5 Skulls: 100% Resources
2 Skulls: 125% Resources
2.5 Skulls: 175% Resources
3 Skulls: 200% Resources

What does this mean for you? Well, a 2-Skull Village is on par with your offensive capabilities. This means for fighting someone at your level, you will be able to Raid all of the available Resources. Attacking weaker opponents, 1.5 Skull Villages or lower, will limit some of the Gold and Iron that you'll be able to collect. And stepping up to a big challenge can earn you over double the current number of Resources!

The new Multiplier is applied to each Village's Resources when viewing the different Villages in the Crossroads.

BIG NOTE: These bonus Resources are not taking from the Defender. They are added to the game at no cost to either player! The village you are attacking will not lose the bonus Iron and Gold. The most any opposing Village can lose from their Storages is 300,000 (this does not include Mines/Quarries that have not been collected).
